Accurate description of the offered goods and / or services

At our internet point of sale, an accurate description of the offered products is presented, including the price expressed in the currency of the transaction – dinar (RSD).

Delivery of goods and description of known restrictions

We ship goods purchased or ordered on our online sales platform via courier services. In Serbia, we use local courier services, while outside Serbia, we use DHL courier services. The delivery fee is clearly indicated during the ordering process. For goods purchased using bank transfer or credit cards, the delivery cost is included in the final amount you pay, so you won’t need to pay anything extra to the courier. For goods ordered with cash on delivery, which is only available for deliveries within Serbia, you pay the courier the full amount of the order, including the delivery fee and the return fee to the merchant. For orders exceeding 200 EUR, delivery is free of charge, and it is clearly indicated during checkout that delivery is free. The delivery time is 3-7 working days from the order-payment.

As each country defines the Laws about trade of goods and services, it may happen that INDEPENDENT OF US, some services calculate additional costs for our goods and services, (costs of postage, opening and control of packages, customs, re-delivery, change of delivery address etc. The recommendation is that before ordering the goods, check whether there are any special prohibitions for the country from which the order is placed. All costs according to the above, are responsibility of client.

Protection of the Merchant due to complaints caused by exchange rate differences

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in shown currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations/your issuing bank. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site and your credit card bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.

Complaint policy

The trader is obliged to present clear and unambiguous conditions of complaints at the online point of sale – payments, fees, refunds and / or goods with a description of the procedure if a complaint occurs.

The trader is obliged to clearly present the conditions (reasons, deadline, etc.) under which the goods / services can be canceled, ie return the goods and cancel the service, ie. distance contract, as well as the cancellation procedure and possible costs of such cancellation.

Refund of funds collected

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Hemiacosmetics.com is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dinacard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account at the seller’s request.
